ATEEZ gives us more… In Baltimore

Indoor venue for the win! ATEEZ preformed at CFG arena in Baltimore a few days after Shitty Field, and I was very excited to be inside. We went down early and grabbed lunch, headed to a pop up and cooled off inside before getting ready with final touches in the car and heading to the venue. We did NOT get to hand out as many freebies as I would have wanted to because the line/hangout situation at CFG is trash. The ATINY zone closed up shop and moved inside before we could get to it- thankfully we were able to get to it once inside! The security left a lot to be desired- as they made me empty every freebie bag and my purse was a MESS afterwards, but the line moved at a good pace.

Inside was hectic and there wasn’t a lot of good signage. Merch was a HOT mess and they sold out of everything before I even got there, so sadly no more PC packs for me. I was sitting in the 200s, and much like Prudential Arena I don’t think there was a bad seat in the house. Some friends were in the 100s, and then 3 of the girls got a club suite up towards the 300s.

The show was the same- spectacular, amazing, perfection, mesmerizing…. DJ Hongjoong did a dubstep remix of his opening for NO1 since an ATINY at sendoff in NYC suggested it. I was so glad to see that he really was doing a different opening for each show and was mixing things up. No sound system failures either (because it wasn’t Shitty Field). We got the other outfits for solo stages- Wooyoung was far more covered up, Mingi had a dark fit on for his song instead of the white pants and Seonghwa had that AMAZING leather/mesh number (although I did like the snake print shirt in the previous show). The energy was great and I spent the show vibing and really watching- so most of the pictures in the gallery are courtesy of my other friends.

If you ever have the chance to see a group more than once, make sure to really enjoy the show at once of them. Put the phone down, swing your lightstick around and fully immerse yourself in what they put together. There are small nuances that you’ll notice, dance moves you didn’t fully appreciate, vocals to soak in, and fan interactions that you’d miss. It really makes the experience special (at least to me).

Our lighting system did crap out toward the very last song of the night, so they turned all the house lights on for us to enjoy The Real. With it being my favorite song and certainly the song the group gets pretty hyped for (not sure if beats their love of Shaboom…) I LOVED seeing it in full lights. And I did get to capture Hongjoong’s little dance break- my all time favorite part.

Shocking- there is never a time I don’t want to see ATEEZ. Even if they are only doing a few songs (like at Immortal Songs) I will always do whatever I can to see them. I hope to go to more shows at their next tour and see more of you there! I opted for a more laid back outfit this time that took less work on my part and I embodied the Lemon Drop theme (including a matching outfit for Labubu of course).
